Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: PayPal Express is a secure and fast way to purchase our products online. PayPal already has your details, so just provide your email address and password to safely complete your online purchase.

Q: How can I know if my order has been placed successfully?

A: When your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. The status of your order can be check by visiting the Track My Order.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?

A:Ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.

Q: How much is the delivery cost?

A: Standard Shipping fee is $9.99. When order is over $50, you can get free shipping. For international orders, different countries have different rates and delivery times. You can know the detailed rates and delivery time at checkout.

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard Shipping time:15-30 business days
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday. All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times only for reference.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, our logistics delivery time may be extended. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: What is item processing time?

A: May have to verify payment and order details before processing your order. After we receive your order, we will start processing your order. The average processing time is approximately 7 business days. But the order processing time varies depending on the specific product. It may also be affected by product inventory status. If your order contains hot sale items with inventory issues, it may take 8-16 business days to process.

Q: How can I check my order status?

A: You can also check the status of your order on the Track My Order page, if you have not received the shipping confirmation email.

Q: Why is only part of my order shipped?

A: Your order may be shipped in different packages. Please do not worry if you do not receive all the items in the first package. We will ship other items in other packages.

Q: Why is the tracking number not working?

A: When we ship the package to you, there are no further updates from the shipping company due to that your package is in transit. It will be updated once it reaches the next sorting facility. It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

 

 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy, because we would like to make you feel comfortable when shopping at. If the clothes are damaged or you need to exchange the size, as long as you contact us within 7 days from the delivery date, you can return or replace the unused products in their original condition.
